Why Comfort Measures Matter
Pain management during labor doesn’t always mean medication. Learning how to use comfort measures like massage, movement, counterpressure, and breathwork helps you stay in control and connected to your body. These practices also bring your partner into the process in a meaningful, hands-on way.
Our students say this class helped reduce anxiety, foster teamwork, and made labor feel less overwhelming.
